Travhom – Terms and Conditions

Travhom is an online platform that enables users to book accommodation (including hotels and private houses) and taxi services across Kenya. We act as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers such as hotel operators, homeowners, and transportation providers.

2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking on Travhom.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking.
Review service details and provider policies before confirming bookings.
Misuse of the platform may result in termination of your access.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Currency

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes and service fees unless stated otherwise. Full payment is usually required at booking. We reserve the right to revise prices, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds depend on each provider's policies, which are displayed during booking. Travhom is not responsible for any losses or disputes due to cancellations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Travhom does not own or operate hotels, homes, or taxi services. We are not liable for quality, delays, injuries, or damages related to third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Travhom.com is the intellectual property of Travhom or its licensors. No content may be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled by Kenyan courts.
